Prescription for a Safe Holiday

Check Now – not next week – if you need your doctor to renew a prescription or a refill from your chemist!

If you aren’t sure if your medication mixes with alcohol – check with your pharmacist before your holiday meal or party.

Never share prescription drugs.

If you don’t live with children but children will be in the home with you during Christmas, make sure your medication locked away securely from little hands.

Don’t skip your regular medication during holidays.

Lastly: if a relative confesses that they have been taking blackmarket or online medications, particularly weight loss medications, don’t shame or judge them but DO encourage them to make an appointment with an in-person, registered doctor for safety.
