Get Top Marks Looking after your Health

The sun is finally shining so it must be that time of year…  now is that best time to start talking about leaving cert and looking after the students’ health.  (Doctors do know a thing or two about taking exams!)

 So, from my real life practice, here is the boring stuff (yes, it’s the basics but it really works!)  If you are a parent, help you teen by preparing healthy food and snack, helping them set boundaries, and encourage healthy habits like getting outside for 10 minutes of movement regularly.
