Recently, 2 studies made the mainstream media talking about the “Best Diet for Women” and how lifestyle interventions improved early dementia.

So, in today’s episode of the Facts Not Fears podcast, let’s breakdown the highlights of what these studies really said, and what some of the problems might be with the studies.

[Important Note: the lack of studies that include women is a huge and long standing problem in medicine. In this podcast, I’ve briefly addressed it but haven’t done a deep dive – it’s a big topic and to do it justice would really go off topic today. Good one to unpack on another day!]
