When you see ads pop-up or in your feed, can you identify them? Often what look like news or articles or celeb posts are really paid ads. Look for terms “sponsored content” or “advertorial” in byline or “#ad” buried in the celeb’s hashtags at end of post

1. There are no miracle short cuts to weight loss
2. No one needs a detox: Got liver? Got kidneys? They got this, everyday. You’re good to go! (If your liver or kidneys aren’t working, you need urgent medical care not foot patches…)
3. You just can’t draw things out through your feet. Patches, vinegar soaks…Because science.
