Outdoor exercise (and a mini digital detox) is always good for physical and #mentalhealth.
I’m recovering from broken ribs though so slow walk, no hills, no heavy day packs (DH did all the heavy lifting for once 🤣) I’m taking my own advice I give my patients: #justmove but always pace yourself and pay attention to your body when recovering from illness or injury.
