World Mental Health Day

As most of you know, I firmly believe that health includes physical, mental, and social. Health isn’t the absence of disease: it is well-being in body, mind, and relationships.
Here is my most used in the past year in my real-life practice.  It’s a great place to start if you are looking for resources.
I keep a list on my desk of resources to share with my patients. It’s not exhaustive by any means. “MECC”, to doctors, means “make every contact count” – taking the opportunity for health promotion, and that includes #mentalhealth.
