Top points from a doctor (yes, we ruin all the fun):
1. Never, ever drink and drive.
2. Don’t consume alcohol when pregnant.
3. Stick to low-risk drinking guidelines.
4. If you are new medication, talk to your chemist or doctor before consuming alcohol.

Tricks for reducing alcohol intake:

1. Swap every other (or more) rounds for non-alcoholic drinks.
2. Make a plan before you go on how much you will drink and what you will drink.
3. Downsize (from pint to bottle, for example)

4. Avoid rounds if you can: they can increase the pace of drinking.
