It’s a week to focus on how lifestyle can impact how patients live with chronic disease. Lifestyle factors include #physicalactivity, restorative #sleep, stress management, social connections (including #socialprescribing), #healthyeating, and avoiding harmful substances (#smokingcessation and #LowRiskDrinking)
 
It’s a great week to highlight the conversation as well about lack of access to these essential services for patients with many chronic diseases, including patients living with #HIV #longcovid #obesity #PCOS #subfertility #heartdisease #prediabetes #mentalhealth
